COMMENT PUIS-JE M'INSCRIRE ?
hOW cAN i REGISTER?
Il
vous suffit de sélectionner le SPOC de votre choix et de vous créer un
compte.Vous recevrez un email d'activation de votre compte.
2 cas de figures :
- Vous souhaitez suivre un SPOC dans le cadre d'une formation d'entreprise : vous pourrez remplir un bulletin d'inscription correspondant, en accord avec votre service RH pour la prise en charge financière de cette formation à distance et l'adresser à formation.continue@elanova.fr.
- Vous souhaitez suivre un SPOC dans un cadre personnel : vous pourrez
payer directement votre formation en ligne en suivant le lien dans
votre mail d'activation. Votre inscription sera alors enregistrée dans
les jours qui suivent.
You
just have to select the SPOC you wish to follow and to create an
account. You will then receive an email activation for your
account.
2 specific cases:
- You want to follow a SPOC as part of your company training plan : Just adress your registration form to formation.continue@elanova.fr. A training agreement wiil be established for your company.

You do the training for personnal use or outside your company training
plan : you can directly pay for your training online by following the
link in your activation email. Your registration will be effective the
following days

QUAND POURRAIS-JE SUIVRE LA FORMATION ?
When When I be able to follow the training?
Vous pouvez suivre la formation à votre rythme et en toute liberté jusqu'à la date de fermeture de session annoncée. Aucun report ne pourra être pris en compte. A l’identique des formations en présentiel, nos SPOCs (Small Private Online Courses) font l’objet d’une convention de formation par identifiant et nous enregistrons les temps de connexion et les résultats aux exercices et différents quiz des apprenants qui se doivent donc dans le temps imparti, de suivre la formation.
You can follow the training freely and at your own paced until the ending date. No postoponed will be accounted. As for "classroom" training sessions, our SPOCs are subjected to a training agreement by identifier . We record the connexion time and the results to the quiz of the learners. You must follow the formation in the allocated time.
CES FORMATIONS PEUVENT-ELLES ÊTRE PRISES EN CHARGE PAR MON EMPLOYEUR ?
Can my employer support my trainings ?
Toute inscription à une formation d’une convention de formation professionnelle établie en 2 exemplaires entre elanova education et l’Entreprise ou l’Organisme la représentant. L’inscription à la session ne devient définitive qu’à réception par elanova education de cette Convention de Formation Professionnelle signée par l’Entreprise.
La facture, correspondant au tarif de la session, majoré de la TVA (20%) est envoyée à la date de clôture de la session ou deux mois après la date de votre inscription. Cette somme couvre l’intégralité des frais engagés de l’Organisme de formation pour cette session.
OPCALIA a été retenue comme OPCA de la branche du Caoutchouc. Pour tout renseignement sur le financement de ces formations, n'hésitez pas à vous adresser à votre conseiller formation dédié sur www.opco2i.fr ou à elanova.

Any registration to a training of a professional training agreement established in 2 copies between elanova education and the Company or the Body representing it. Registration for the session becomes final only upon receipt by elanova education of this Vocational Training Agreement signed by the Company.
The invoice, corresponding to the rate of the session, plus VAT (20%) is sent on the closing date of the session or two months after the date of your registration. This sum covers the full costs incurred by the training body for this session.
OPCALIA has been selected as OPCA of the Rubber branch. For more information on the financing of training, you can also contact your dedicated training consultant www.opcalia.com or the SNCP.

When can I register ?
Vous pouvez vous inscrire jusqu'à une date limite de 10 jours après le démarrage de la session. Au-delà, nous vous préconiserons de vous inscrire à la prochaine session programmée.
You can register until a 10 days deadline after the start of the session. Beyond that, we will recommend that you register for the next scheduled session.
